The existing brand identity had been in place since the company founded back in 2002. It had become pretty clear that in the fast paced and ever expanding FinTech industry, the emerchantpay brand needed revitalising to better represent their offer and stay relevant to their customer base. A marketing audit also revealed inconsistencies across every touch point.
Our research uncovered early on that flexibility was a key attribute to the business, a truth that the competition couldn’t lay claim to. Using this as our platform we then set about creating a new brand identity and graphic language. Next we created a suite of custom iconography, a set of brand guidelines and developed a host of key communication items to help bring the brand to life.
